Laura led her team to earn the Pathway to Excellence® re-designation from the American Nurses Credentialing this past fall. The hospital is one of only two in Oregon to achieve this honor. The nurses at Asante Three Rivers are engaged in their workplace leading to higher job satisfaction, low turnover and improved safety and better patient outcomes.
