Make Your Voice Heard: Protect Health Care Coverage

The Senate could take action by July 4 on legislation to repeal and replace parts of the Affordable Care Act (ACA). It is critical you make your voice heard now. Urge your senators to reject any legislation similar to the House-passed American Health Care Act (AHCA) and protect health coverage for as many Americans as possible.

AONE and the American Hospital Association did not support the AHCA because it would jeopardize health coverage for millions of Americans, a point reinforced by the latest Congressional Budget Office estimates, which found that the bill would leave 23 million additional people uninsured in 10 years and cut $834 billion from the Medicaid program.
